Role of Volunteer Management Team

The Volunteer Management Team has developed and coordinated a comprehensive volunteer program that connects essential elements of volunteer involvement with the goal of having an efficient and consistent coordination of volunteers.  The team’s main objectives are to create a “culture of involvement” and educate members, staff and volunteer leaders on the benefits, trends, needs and available resources of volunteering.
