The Leadership Alliance between The Agency and the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce are in the process of creating an economic development blueprint for a better Broome County. Over the months of March and April, Leadership Alliance staff have conducted nearly 15 focus groups with community organizations in addition to meeting with more than 60 residents during our Community Lab series to gather suggestions from those who live and work in Broome on how we should direct our future economic and community development efforts. Last week, we issued a brief ten question survey to the community to increase the reach of our data collection and better ensure that everyone has had an opportunity to voice their opinions. The survey is scheduled to close on May 28th at 11:59 PM. If there are any questions from any individual organizations, please do not hesitate to reach out to me via email.
