I am part of a “Sponsor Circle” called Binghamton Regional Afghan Immigrant
Network (BRAIN). We are a small group of local individuals working to welcome
an Afghan family into the Broome County community. The family is currently living
on a US military base. We are in the process of trying to secure housing
for the family and we were wondering if any of the churches in the area
have rectories that are available for a family of 5 to live in. At this
time the family that will be coming to Broome County has not yet been
identified. We just know that there will be 5 in the family.
