BAE’s gift will help make the work of CHOW’s Broome Bounty food recovery program possible throughout the year. Broome Bounty works to eliminate waste & help feed the community by recovering good food that would normally be discarded by local grocery stores and restaurants, and distributing it to the 120+ local meal sites and pantries in our network.
In 2024 Broome Bounty was able to recover 3.25 million pounds of good food. That healthy food went to local families and not the landfill.
